The Club
The Roswell Garden Club is a group that volunteers their time helping to keep Roswell beautiful! Membership in the group provides many learning opportunities about the variety of plant life indigenous to the area as well as creating opportunities to reach out to the surrounding community.
Meetings
Meetings are held at 10am every fourth Tuesday in the community activity building at Roswell Area Park from September through May.
(November and December meetings to be announced due to special holiday events.)

Events and News
CRUSTLESS QUICHE1 c. shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese2 or 3 tbsp. chopped green onions If desired: Choose one additional ingredient in the quiche -- add broccoli, ham, bacon or mushrooms*4 eggs ½ tsp. salt ¼ tsp. pepper 1/2 c. Bisquick 1 1/2 c. milk Put cheese, onion and additional ingredient (see above) in bottom of a greased quiche pan or large pie pan. Blend milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper in blender at high speed for 1 minute. Pour into the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25-35 minutes. For doneness, test just off center with a knife as you would test custard. *If using broccoli, use about ½ pound, chopped into small florets. Precook for 1 minute in microwave and then add into quiche pan. *If using ham, use about ½ pound diced. *If using mushrooms, slice and sauté fresh mushrooms or use canned mushrooms in quantity desired. *If using bacon, cook and then crumble 9 slices. |
